Stalls! Hot chocolate! Santa! Marshmallows roasting on an open fire! Mulled wine! Live music! Face painting! An elf! It was Heaven Scent‘s very first Christmas market, we put our heart and soul into creating a magical festive experience for our customers… And they loved it!
The stalls were accessed through our SMEG fridge door and secret passage, and offered gorgeous hand made crafts, beautiful jewellery, tempting Christmas sweet treats, sumptuous beauty products and festive dishes provided by Heaven Scent.
Many thanks to all our wonderful stallholders for helping us to make our inaugural fair such a success, and to our customers for their continued support.
Keep an eye on our Coming Up… page for future fairs and other events.
“Loving the atmosphere at the market this morning!”
For the third year in a row, Heaven Scent has been shortlisted for a FreeFrom Eating Award, in the category of “cafés, coffee shops, tea rooms“.
We’ve worked extremely hard to improve both the number and creativity of FreeFrom and multi-allergen free dishes on our menu, so are delighted to have got through the initial stages of these important awards.
The judges are now going to visit us incognito to decide if we make it through to the finals. Wish us luck!
We have a lot of strings to our bow – an artisan coffee shop, Friday Supper Club, private rooms for hire, afternoon teas to name but a few. What better way to describe what we do and how we do it, than a video?! We had the camera-men in over the weekend to capture us, and our customers, in action and we hope you like the results. Many thanks to all who took part!

Heaven Scent Kitchen‘s delicious finger buffet recently took centre stage at the Edinburgh Festival, wowing 400 guests over 4 days as part of a play at Summerhall, one of the UK’s biggest multi-arts complexes.
When an Italian theatre company approached us for sandwiches, tray bakes, nibbles, bottles of Prosecco and a chocolate cake to be baked to exacting specifications, we jumped at the chance. We’re always up for a challenge and a new adventure, and were excited to be involved in such an innovative and exciting project.
We worked closely with the company director to ensure the food would work well as part of the play, and our talented local baker Barbara pulled out all the stops once again to ensure the knife prop stayed upright in the cake – an essential part of the plot!
It took three members of staff four hours every every day to deliver the food, walk up (what seemed like) thousands of steps to the Upper Church Space, organise the crockery and lay out all the food to an exacting specification.
But we did it, and we loved it!
Coach House Spa at beautiful Kinross House and multi-award winning Heaven Scent have teamed up to create the ultimate pampering experience – a relaxing treatment followed by delicious afternoon tea.
The afternoon tea consists of finger sandwiches on speciality bread, freshly baked scones served with Perthshire raspberry jam and clotted cream, gateaux, tray bakes and French macarons, and is included with packages such as “Thursday Night Delight”, “Me and My Best Friend” and “Spa-Plicity”.
The trust and faith that Kinross House has put in Heaven Scent reflects how successfully we’re growing as a brand. The Spa is a sensational venue, and the Heaven Scent team has really enjoyed creating the perfect afternoon tea to suit the prestigious surroundings.
A pamper session followed by mouth-watering cake – what more could anyone wish for?!
